Anyone know where I can fing bulk 12 ga slugs? Looking for packages of 25rds or more. The biggest boxes I see are 15rds of Remington Sluggger at WalMart.

That's about it for large packages. I don't know of anything larger.
You could start casting and loading your own, it's a lot cheaper.

Does it matter how many slugs are in the box? Just buy the number of rounds you want to have in your personal inventory at the best price. Usually before hunting season everyone has slugs on sale. Right now is not a good time to buy shotgun slugs. Buy 5 packs of slugs to test your gun. Then load up on brands your shotgun shoots well. My shotgun is not really ammo picky but there are a few brands that just don't cut it for one reason or another.

Buds Gun shop has 150 winchester super x slugs for $115 plus $16 shipping.

Fiocchi slugs are low recoil and more expensive that the full power super x slugs. I don't see the point of a low recoil slug. If someone wanted a low recoil slug they would have bought a AR-15. I used two ammo search engines, both came up with Buds as the cheapest place to get slugs.

The reason I wanted to buy in bulk was the price per round but it looks like even then they are about the same price. Thanks.

The 15 round packs of Winchester 12 gauge slugs at Walmart are around $12, which is about the best price per round I've seen.

Sgammo.com has 250rd boxes of slugs. I've seen cases in other places too that were a bit cheaper than $1/rd (Federal brown box). One reason I sold my Mossberg is that my range requires slugs and its $$$ to shoot it more than randomly.

I bought wolf slugs at sportsmans guide, they are a brenneke design and are very accurate in my mossberg 930 SPX.
