Join us for an epic range day outing like no other, hosted by Mr.Revolverguy! This isn’t your average shooting session — we’re bringing out one of the largest collections of .38 Special and .357 Magnum revolvers ever assembled on the range at one time!

Let me know which one would you chose? This is a great lesson here if you search for it, meaning these young men grew up on polymer wonders and runs circles around me and they look so professional with double taps and semi auto's. I had to get a little revenge, this was totally a setup lol.

I was really shocked no one chose the Kimber. We were talking about it after and I should have recorded that sit down chat session. We were all thinking it but all said it was to much on the small side and may hurt speed. LOL

Sweet!

My least favorite 3” is my nickel plated S&W Model 37 Airweight .38. With wooden factory stocks it is not fun.

The favorite? My S&W Model 13 .357 is my personal favorite.

Stay safe.

So many good options on that table. Really should have had a Chiappa Rhino in for good measure. I’m drawn to a couple really slick options, especially that g10 gripped Colt. The Redhawk? looks like a real serious gun but it’s kinda goofy looking next to so many more traditional guns. I’m thinking that the top right looks like an airweight and would be my first choice for carry, last choice for the range.

My Rossi 720 3" .I put in Wolff springs and polished all friction surfaces inside. I filed the rear sightva bit to bring group right. That widened the notch just right. I also filed it a tiny bit deeper to make 240 grain bullets at 850 fps right on at 15 yards. Its fast ! PXL_20250308_191857576.jpg

Good Shooting with that 13-4!!! tight DA grouping

I am not sure which one I would choose from your collection but I would like to give that performance center 627 a try.
I can only dream about all of them being a part of my collection. That is collection between 6 people.

A "K" frame S&W - round butt and a filler behind the trigger guard. .38 Special suitable for '+p' ammunition. Preferably fixed sights (adjusted) shooting rounds to the sights save for drop. Preferably no cocking spur on the hammer.

I would prefer a light barreled S&W model 10 or perhaps an S&W model 13 if I'm in my manic phase.

The fastest I've ever been was with a 6" L frame with a heavy barrel, a dot, loads barely making "major", and a very silly "game-only" DA trigger.

For the game outlined in the video, I'd want something very similar - and I'd expect to go head-to-head with even very good semi-auto guys, as I am positive that revolvers give little away to autos until reloading comes up.
