WARNING: the following url contains material not suitable for kids, or sensitive adults!

ALSO do NOT look at this site immediately before or after a meal.

This is provided simply to allow anyone who doesn't realize what the current Iraqi leadership is capable of doing, to see for themselves

results of Iraqi use of Chemical weapons on the Kurds

Y'all might also consider sending this URL to any of your "antiwar" friends who need a little reality injected into their lives.

Thank you for posting that.

Thank you also for the warning.

It is very salient.

While extremely graphic, it will be of much use to me, and will be very interesting to see the reactions I get from certain left-leaning friends of mine...

I think the subject line of my email will read, "The good things that Saddam has done" or, "Saddam isn't really that evil after all..."

ahadams:

I sent it out a few hours ago, and will post any responses I get here.

In the meantime, here is an email I sent out a while ago. I included various pics, including one of a pic of Colin Powell right next to an ape, signs advocating communism, socialism, etc.

Here was my email:

Subject: "Peace" protestors...

Are such fine specimens of humanity....really, they are....

That pic comparing Colin Powell to an Ape speaks volumes.

And as we can tell by the riots in various cities, most notably San Francisco, the protestors really do want "Peace."

And they are willing to use violence to achieve it.

Interestingly enough, the SFPD found *quite* an array of weapons on the "peace" protestors.

Everything from stun guns to clubs and knives.

Why do you think a "peaceful" person would need weapons?

And why would "peace" protestors need weapons at a "peace" rally?

They even found a backpack full of molotov cocktails that one of the little "peace" cowards ditched because he knew he was going to get arrested.

Why would a "peace" protestor need molotov cocktails?

The response from one of my friends:

I didn't think it was possible to have an email which advocated racism, ending freedom of speech and assembly, and also used sensationalism to advocate the war in the Middle East until I received that last one from you, Strati. I commend you on searching out and forwarding these propgandized photos and the questions asked only as it furthers a discussion about the ongoing war. Since media equally covers all peaceful demonstrations (insert sarcastic tone here) these are truely representative of the anti-war movement as well as peace-minded people.

thanks again-- very entertaining

Doc - don't worry, man - his reply indicates you got to him...now let's see if you don't hear from him again on the same topic in a couple of days.

Hehehe...liberals are so fun to play with! (To a point, I mean. One can only do this :banghead: for so long... )

Here is my reply to him:

Sean, don't thank me! Thank your local peace protestors! They are the ones responsible for that sign comparing Colin Powell to an Ape, as well as the ones advocating everything from the release of Mumia Abu-Jamal to the overthrowing of the American Government and Capitalism. (Oh, they burn a lot of American flags too, but that doesn't mean they are anti-American, right?)

It really is shocking to discover the true colors of many of the protestors, isn't it?

Actually, those photos aren't really well publicized.

I wonder why? (Sarcasm)

And frankly, since the vast majority of the anti-war movement has been funded and organized by thoroughly communistic, anti-American organizations, could you please tell me how that is not representative of all of them? (I know I've sent out many emails exposing the organizers of the "peace" movement)

Don't try to tell me that if you attend a rally sponsored by a certain group that it does not necessarily mean that you support them or advocate their position.

If that is your argument, then the KKK is having a peace rally next week.

Anyone wanna go?
******

I'm still waiting to hear if he wants to accept my invite to the KKK rally.

:D

ahadams, kind of takes you back in time don't it? Pol Pot had nothing on these guys.

As for sending them to the lefties I know, that's kind of like lecturing a cat. The cat will never understand nor correct its behavior no matter how much energy you put into the effort.

meek - no kidding... it's just that SH had a larger support group among western leftists than the khmer rouge, and thus stayed in power longer.

Some of the tape The History Channel's feature "Saddam's Arsenal" were far more shocking. Those who lived through it definitely did not fare well.... :what:

Zander - ever since I ran into holocaust denial types, NOTHING surprises me about what some people may believe. Of course that does NOT mean that I have any intention of taking such people seriously (unless they're waving a loaded weapon around in my general vicinity, or running for a major political office), but nothing surprises me in that regard. As I've said elsewhere in this forum I've had people tell me in all honesty that they were absolutely certain that something did or did not happen, even though I know from personal experience that reality is directly contrary to what they believe. Most folks like that, I just avoid.

I caught just the end of that, it was heartbreaking.

When I was in 6th grade, my school showed a movie called "Night and Fog", about the German death camps. It had actual footage shot by the Germans themselves. If you can get ahold of it it might change a few minds, although some could see it firsthand and still deny it ever happened.
