A couple of months back, I posted here about a raffle for a custom gun/knife/holster combination. The profits from the raffle will go to the WCCA for print advertising as we prepare to override a veto from the anti's best friend, Governor Jim Doyle.

The package consists of: an engraved and tuned Springfield Armory Champion 1911-A1; an engraved and tuned Ruger SP101; Python leather holsters for both pistols; a DDR3 tactical folding knife with its own Python holster; and a Coco Bolo presentation case for all of the above.

The value of this package is over $5000. Tickets are just $20 each, and information about buying tickets can be found at http://www.wolfriverguild.org/

Just look on the upper left-hand side of the page for the Wisconsin Concealed Carry Association raffle link. From there, you can view in-progress photos of the pistols, knife, holsters, and presentation case.

If we're going to win this battle, educating the public is key. A recent THR thread about polls, which can be found

here , demonstrates just how critical it is to give the public useful information.

We need to be able to counter the anti-gun press. You can help in that effort, and possibly win a distinctive gun/knife/holster package in the process.

Bought 2 chances, one online and the other by mail and both of the ticket stubs where promptly sent to me, thanks.

Sure hope you guys in Wisconsin can get a shall issue passed soon, I travel to Wisconsin alot to visit the inlaws.

I think I will raid the change jar again and buy another ticket to help support your cause, who knows, I might even win. :D

Hmm... Might have to buy a ticket or two. I'm not as much a fan of engraving, but still beautiful weapons and the money is going to a good cause
