One came into the shop with not 1, not 2 but 3 slugs lodged in the barrel (just slightly bulged). Is the barrel threaded or pressed in. Any ideas on an efficient way to remove 3 slugs??

    They are all threaded.

Note: The mag tube ring dove-tails are not dove-tails.
Don't attempt to drive them out sideways.
First remove the mag tube, then rotate the rings to remove them if you have to take them off.

About the only way I know to get that many bullets out would be with a long drill.

Or a propane or gas torch, if the barrel is already in sad shape.
It won't hurt the barrel to melt them out as those old .22 barrels are just mild steel and are not heat-treated or tempered at all.
