Winchester 62 Value?

My wife's always wanted one, and I saw one the other day for $400 cash, in decent original shape (90%). Is that a decent price onm one, or should I pass? They an
in't making them any more....

Sounds OK to me. If it is truly 90%, then it is a bargain. I have seen beat up examples go for more.

I have a beat up '06, with not a bit of blueing (ovearll brown) with a dinged up stock, and I wouldn't take $4,000.00 for it. Of course, it was the first firearm I ever shot, and handed down to me from my Dad.

These are fun old pump guns and I love my 1906.......probably too valuable to shoot but I still do. Lots of great memories with these little .22s. I would buy it.
