Winchester 94 Experts....

I own a Winchester Model 94 Takedown in 32 Win. Special that I have had roughly 30 yrs...on the bottom of the receiver, right in front of the lever is what looks like a makers mark or something.....it's a Diamond with the number 7 in it......anyone ? Thanx.

The diamond shape with a number inside is an inspectors mark.
