It is in unfired perfect condition. It has the hammer block safety. (not installed in the rifle but I have it) The retaining pin and spring is MIA. I pushed the safety and they went flying out somewhere down the hall. But it does NOT affect the function of the rifle at all. Numrich sells the parts for a few bucks. I have a full box of ammo I'll give ya to make up the cost. And it will come with a hard plastic case as well.

In your opinion how much is this rifle worth ?

Thanks ... :)

it would be maybe 500 if all the safety pieces were there still, buying replacements might take down the value a little bit

Well, individual examples of the Angle Eject guns were built with quality ranging from real junk to legitimately high grade.

Not enough info.

If it already fell apart I would pass!

It shouldn't have done that!

Anyway, if you want a real 94 Winchester, get a real 94 Winchester, not an AE.

Thanks for the input guys ... I don't own this rifle ... it's for sale about 100 mi from me ... realistically I don't need another 30-30 cause I've got a Marlin but he's asking $300 and that seemed too good to pass up ... I think I'll pass on it ... thanks again.
