Winchester "ranger" M70 with the wood stock & blind mag. I'm having an issue with the follower not pushing the rear of the cartridges high enough to be pushed forward by the bolt. The rounds appear to be stopping with the shoulder up against the feed lips but the case head isn't. This issue occurs on both sides. I've already stretched the mag spring but that hasn't helped yet. Any suggestions on what to do next?
