I will usually carry IWB with tucked in shirt under and button up shirt/sweater or sweatshirt over. Works great and I have no problem carrying a full size service pistol this way.
If I am wearing a winter coat, and intend on keeping the winter coat on, I usually just go OWB with the coat over top.
