I believe the OP's question has been answered in the negative.

As to replacements for Sen. Lautenberg being any more RKBA friendly, I'd read this article about the political calculus Gov. Christie faces in appointing a temporary replacement and not get my hopes up.

One of the benefits of having politician with the power of seniority be replaced with a junior without should be obvious.

Regardless of how Lautenberg, Schumer, Feinstein, and other avowed dedicated Antis leave office they will be replaced by less powerful and influential politicians with less power to harm us and less power to defend the laws they've championed for years. Without them in office their legacy will be shorter lived.

Sorry for his family, but seriously doubt he could be classified as "poor."

I'm not religious and I don't believe in karma so I'll just say "good riddance" and see myself out.

I regret the person passing. Not the politician.

IMO he should've retired a long time ago, he may have died with more dignity that way.

Him clinging to office till death is not honerable IMHO.

Anyway, the reaper has his sights on all those old farts and hopefully their Anti-Gun utopia with them.
