Worn finish pics...

I find myself drooling in the "Post Pics of Your xxx" threads because so many of the guns look flawless.

So, how about a not so flawless pic thread? Carried the same gun 20 years? Use a beat up rifle for a trunk gun? Did your truck gun fall out of the truck?

If you have a well-used gun that you could trust your life too, I wanna see it.

Here's mine. Its a 9mm AR15 that I put together years ago. Stopped counting rounds at 10K.

My first pistol bought on my 21 b-day and over 9 years later still my CCW. Holster burn, rust, scatches, idiot marks, you name it, its got it.

Absolutely reliable, accurate enough, holds 18, and never malfunctions no matter what I feed it. Love the 910. Snobs may turn thier nose at the 910 but I dont care. All those MIM and plastic parts have yet to fail.

guy on an HK forum im on has this gun....it got stolen from him and tossed into a river where it laid in the mud and water for several months before finally being recovered and returned to him....still functions flawlessly






my personal carry piece just got sent out to get refinished....might not be able to see the wear it had from the pics i have....it wasnt horrible, but enough to bother me...only pic i have of the right side...the slide release levers were worn down a bit and the barrel finish was nearly gone where the chamber rubs the slide
