savage 93r17 non accutrigger. worse trigger ever. so bad i want to sell it. a lot of creep, stiff and hard pull.

factory rem 700 sendero trigger sucks replaced it with a jewell trigger that focker is sweet. 14oz pull crisp no creep

Worst? I don't know where my uncle got it; I don't think it was a bring-back of my father's, but an old French Lebel 8mm carbine was somewhere between horrible and wretched.

Eight- or nine-pound pull, and creepier than a pervert.

I have to agree with post # 20, that 788 Remington, .223 had the worst trigger imaginable! Smithy told me there weren't any replacement triggers made for it when I got it 20 years ago, well, there is now! I've got a Timney on it now, set at 36 oz's, and that sucker shoots almost one holers shot after shot now. Was able to drag good groups out of it before, absolute pleasure to shoot now! I have a #700 in 22-250 I bought years ago too, had that trigger changed out the first year, wouldn't have kept it on the ranch otherwise!

Worst to Least-worst

SKS || Marlin 39A || Weatherby Vanguard || Remington XPro

Marlin Model 981-T || CZ 452

Marlin Model 60

Best to the least-best:

CZ 550 Safari (2 stage)

Weatherby Mark V || Sako Finnbear

I guess this goes a very long way to explaining why all but two of my rifles wear after-market triggers.
