I ordered, among other items, an extended slide release for my Glock M/17 from Lone Wolf Dist. My order came in today, and instead of the Glock part # 7489 that I ordered and that is marked on my invoice, I received #7475. Has anyone else worked with this part?

It has a triangular bump along the top near the front hole that prevents it from fitting into my M/17. I plan to e-mail them tonight, but has anyone had success installing this particular part into a Glock M/17?

    Thanks!

Some research indicates that Glock M/17's manufactured as of 2002 require a different ext slide release lever.

I've done a lot of business with JR and Mary at Lonewolf. Great folks and a fine company. They'll make right whatever's wrong.

They're sending out the correct part, we're splitting shipping charges. Should have it Friday. Sending this part back to them.
