The West Virginia Citizens Defense League will be having an Open Carry Luncheon on August 21st at Sissy's in Martinsburg starting at 11AM. Members and non-members alike are encouraged to attend. We'll have an inexpensive, family style meal, some fellowship, and some discussion on the direction of our rights in our state. Each of you is invited. Bring friends. However, so that I may give a ballpark head-count to the restaurant prior to our arrival, please send me an RSVP to [email protected] and let me know how many you will be bringing with you.
As with all WVCDL meetings and events, open or concealed carry is perfectly acceptable. However, all firearms must remain in their holsters for the duration of the event, and while present on Sissy's property. There is to be no "show and tell." Un-holstered firearms will result in being immediately asked to vacate the property.
