Does anyone have any experience with the XS Express rifle sights? I am looking at getting the tritium express rifle sights with the big dot front sight for my 1100. I have these sights on my Glock and really enjoy them. Is this a good idea or not? Thanks.

They're excellent. I've used them on several rifles, and they work great. I'm seriously thinking about getting their sights to replace the factory units on my Remington 870 slug barrel.

Put a set of 24/7 Big Dot Express sights on one of my wife's 870 house guns. She loves 'em, they work well for her. They are fast to pick up day or night.

I have these on three barrels. Two are full-nuclear, one is front nuc only. I like them a whole lot.
I think they work better on SG's than pistols in fact.

Have them on my 870 and like them alot. I've used the sights in a number of competitions and one shooting school, and I think they're an excellent compromise between speed and precision: Probably not quite as quick [for me] as a bead sight and not as precise [for me] as the factory rifle sights - but if you want sights that will do both, these are tough to beat.

At close range they provide a very uncluttered sight picture; almost like a large bead sight - very, very quick. At longer ranges, the shallow notch and vertical post allow for more precision than my shooting ability can make use of :)

I should note that I opted for the "standard dot" front sight, as opposed to the "big dot," in order to allow for a bit more precision at longer ranges. Using the standard dot, I get a useable sight picture on an IPSC - style target at 75 yards and print acceptable groups with the slugs favored by the gun.

Thank you for your time. I think that I am on the right track with these sights.
