Okay, I voted .22 long rifle just because I felt sorry for it but in reality, it depends on the day. Some days call for one gun chambered in 9mm and other days call for a different gun chambered in .40 caliber. Make and model withheld due to irrelevance, other participants (you know who you are) please take note, it was a caliber question, not brand and model.

If I was back in a state where I could carry, it would most often be .32 ACP, .38 Special, or 9x19mm. Probably 9x19mm more than anything else, unless I just tossed one of the others in my pocket for a trip to the mailbox.

Unfortunately, I'm currently in MD. :(

It is .380 ACP for now until I can get a good holster to carry the 9mm. The .380 carries great in the summer and basically disappears but I plan on it being a hot weather carry or BUG only soon. The .357 mag is for walking in the woods or as a hunting sidearm.

Depends on the circumstances. Most often, .45 ACP. Frequently, and at this very moment, .357 Magnum. Occasionally, .380 ACP.

.40 S&W

Kahr PM40 and on rare occassion a Glock 27 or converted Glock 33.

When it's real cold outside and I'm wearing a coat I'll sometimes stick my j-frame S&W 637 or Kahr PM9 in the coat pocket.

9mm most, .45 ACP second.

Though I'm planning to switch to 357 SIG or .45 ACP 100% of the time.

Most of the time .45ACP, though on occasion it'll be .357Mag; especially when out and about on the trails.

It varies but more often than not it's usually a .380 though I have been thinking about working a couple of rather compact 9mm.'s into the rotation.

^^^^
No hate, it's a pretty good round.

I went 45 ACP, as it is my work gun. It would be 38 Special, 9mm, or 45 anyway, because that is what is allowed for off-duty/Back-up carry.
