For the money as well as dependability. Taurus 24/7 PT Pro Compact 9mm. It's also the most fun (the Bersa Thunder .380 Del runs a close 2nd...but loses out as for dependability) But it's a lot of fun between jams! And from what virtually every Bersa owner tells me....my bersa is the only one ever made with that problem. lol. maybe so, with my luck.

MSAR STG 556. A gun that ran perfectly out of the box and continues to do so over 5500 rounds later.

not a pistol, but probably my Sabre Defence AR15
Great gun, and it helps keep these beautiful black rifles in common use in my socialist country :)

My favorite is my Kahr PM40, such a small, light, and reliable .40...almost unbelievable. I've been favoring it a lot over the Keltec P3AT that I carried so much before.

Hard to choose. I bought the Glock for it's utitility, the 22/45 because its economical to shoot and the GP100 because the old style wood insert grips beckoned me. So the GP100 I guess.
Well I have a new favorite. Kahr PM9 Black Diamond finish with night sights just picked up yesterday. Guess the one I am toting with me all the time should be my favorite.

Bought a used Ruger Security Six in May or thereabouts. Needed something to satisfy a complete lack of DA revolvers, I think I hit the bullseye with this purchase.

Taurus Millenium pt111 Pro which I bought to replace my previous concealed pocket carry of 14 years (Berreta Tomcat). Taurus still fits my pocket and gives me 13 rounds of 9mm compared to only 8 rounds of .32 with the Tomcat. Best of all the Taurus has been completely reliable with every load I've tried, more accurate than expected, a pleasure to shoot, and tough enough to practice with all I want without wearing it out.

Colt Gold Cup in Stainless - shoots way better than I can drive it and just has a great feel and look just as it comes. If I did not spend all my money on ammo and stuff, I may one day buy a digital camera ...........

2009 was the first year I've ever bought any guns, so they were all pretty satisfying! I had set myself a goal of covering the 3 bases I thought were absolutely necessary:

bolt action .22lr, check! - CZ 452 Varmint
9mm pistol, check! - CZ-75B
Evil assault rifle, check! - Saïga AK-74 in .223 rem

So a great deal of the satisfaction comes from having my "essential" bases covered more than having any one gun in particular.

Picked up an old NEF 410 single break over for my 9 yr old for $75.

Look on his face whene he shoots it and actually hits a clay target; PRICELESS.

A Glock 36. Perfectly formed and surprisingly nice to shoot.

Edged out the Sig P226 in 9mm which is a superb piece of kit.

Slimpickins; I got myself two really cool hand guns this year, but the cheap single shotgun for the kid was the coolest $$ I spent all year. Too bad 410 shells are more expensive than 12ga.

Got a couple Sig P238's for the wife & I.

Long break-in, which is par for Sig, but running great now... a wonderful .380 and well worth the $$$.

It's nice to have a really capable mouse gun. We've ditched the Ruger LCP's we had. No contest.
