Wilson Combat .....hands down...no contest in my opinion.

I have a pair of Wilsons in my safe...and they are both in the top 5 guns in my safe.....( with a Sig X-Five L-1 model in .40S&W , a Freedom Arms revolver 4 3/4" large frame in .357 mag and a S&W model 27-2 4" in Nickel...) ...all 5 of them are great guns, different, but great guns !

I have a Wilson Super Grade and I'll take my Pistol Dynamics Signature over it any day of the week.

They're great 1911s, no doubt, but ordinary compared to the best of the best. There's nothing rare about them either.

If someone was to give me any of those guns, I'd have to pick the Glock 18C.

Then I could sell that hunk of junk and buy ever other gun on the list!

Actually you couldn't buy a single thing on the list with the proceeds. Since there are just Post-May dealer samples here (LEO, FFL/SOT ONLY) the cost from Glock is quite cheap Ive seen ads from a few years ago with a 500 dollar price tag a unit cheap.

http://www.everydaynodaysoff.com/20...s-affordable-no-you-cant-personally-have-one/

Some samples pop up for around a grand. but the average citizen cannot own one.

I didn't vote since I consider the Colt M1911 WWI, and M1911A1 WWII repros expensive and quite rare, especially the ealier production WWI model which was finished in Carbonia Blue by www.ronsgunshop.com. I have one of each.

Havok

Here is my piece. Yet to fire it. Anyone else here has experience firing this? I just had a nic range session with 92Combat Combo, but I this might be better.

Mine are are the older style SV. Pretty incredible guns though. Let me know how you like the sidewise C-more.

If I had the extra $2999.95, I'd already have the Czechmate. That gun competes in two classes. As an Open class 9mm Luger major power factor gun, it come with a C-Mor, high cap mags, and a tuned compensator. With no spring changes you can also compete in 9mm minor power factor comps like Steel Challenge still set up or using the regular sited and fitted extra bbl that also comes with gun. It'll run on plain jane wal-mart ammo or 1500'+/sec tuned handloads. Assorted spare parts are also included.

I've shot it and it's ready to run OOB. It also LOOKS great. :)

Mr Hawk, I agree about the C-Mor. Remounting it might be a future project, but it shoots sweet as is.
The Tac Sport frame can be reduced under the beavertail and trigger guard to improve the "big frame" grip with no loss of strength or reliability.

I've got to go with the Korth and Beretta 93r. The Korth due to its rarity (which if Korth actually made a tactical model I'm unaware of it) and unique styling, and the 93r for its 3 rd burst setting. The Beretta comes with the folding foregrip and will accept a wire stock. Kinda reminds you of a Stechkin... now there's a pistol for the list.

Just a magazine through it. Very very light trigger, reduced recoil, very smooth action and very accurate. Seems more so then my Beretta 92 Combo, Czechmate or X5; and the c-more mounted sideways seems to be working to better the accuracy results, but I need to shoot more to be certain.

Shot czechmate and havok side by side. Very difficult to decide which is better. Both are very good and offer the best- rest is up to the shooter's capabilities.
