Best place to buy LOCK N LOAD AP ?

I’m going to buy a Lock N Load AP, I would like to know where the best n place to buy it from would be. I think currently Midway has it the cheapest @ $521. Does anyone offer a bundle package, like the press and shell plate or any other items as that they throw in on discount for buying together? Should I just go with the cheaper option. I have bought plenty of items from midway and have no issues with their service. Thanks for responses in advance.

Scheels beat everyone and with free shipping when I bought mine awhile back.

ETA: they had a very good price on shell plates too.
