I was reading the HK website and someone mentioned they had 15 HKs.

I have 5 Glocks - G17, G21, G22 (2) and a G26.

How many guns from one manufacturer do you have? What is the manufacturer?

3 S&W wheel guns, and one S&W long gun. More relevant to this sub forum, several 1911s of various makes.

Just one :-( although it makes it easier, when referring to "The Ruger" or "The Beretta" no one gets confused.

As far as autoloading pistols, I don't have multiples of anything

1 Walther
1 FNH
1 Lllama
1 Ruger .22
1 Glock

If we are talking guns all together
7 Savage/Stevens
6 Mossbergs
6 Rugers including 4 wheel guns

I have many guns from different manufacturers as well as multiples of the same gun model.

A lot of shooters seem to subscribe to the "two is one and one is none" mindset of parts availability in case one breaks and simplifying training but I didn't intentionaly set out to acquire the multiples, it just worked out that way over the years.

I have 8 S&W's
(2) 6" 629's
(2) 4" 66's

5 Ruger handguns (7 total firearms: (2) 10/22's)
(2) MkII .22's
(2) Stainless 4" Security Sixes

3 CZ's
(2) 75b's

3 Springfield Armorys
(2) XD's

3 1911's of various makes

7 Rugers, though one's a rifle and one's a cap and ball and 2 are single action revolvers.

3 Taurus DA revolvers

3 NAA minis.

2 Rossis with a 3rd a rifle.

2 Piettas

5 Remingtons (rifles and a shotgun)

3 CVAs

One of this, one of that, and a partridge in a pear tree.

19 long guns and 26 handguns all together .... I think. One thing's for sure, more to come. :D

I like having multiples of one make, because I am a big proponent of brand loyalty. If you find a brand that works for you, then stick with it! Glocks have a similar MOA, but a Glock and an M&P will have a slightly different MOA, meaning you have to remember more with the split.

Personally, I don't have too many of one make at the moment (2 rugers, 2 XDms), but down the line I would like to have several XDms.

I'm guilty of stocking up on a single brand as well. I have 4 CZ's - Shadow custom, Pro-Tek I, 75B LE and a Phantom. I feel like I've got all my bases covered when it comes to CZ's now so I don't know what I'll end up getting next. That said, were I to find a good deal on a used 75 or 75B for a project gun, it'd be hard to pass that up. :p Oh, and I also have a CZ 82, but it's currently a bag of parts that's on its way to the shop for some refinishing work.

My next handgun will probably be a 1911 of some flavor, but that'll likely be quite a ways down the road.

Multiple Models of Same Manufacturer:

2 Glocks- 21SF 3rd Gen and 22 4th Gen
3 HK - P2000sk .357 sig and P2000 .40 and HK UMP conversion
4 Ruger - LC9 and LCP and P85 and MarkIII
2 SW - MP .40 and .357 mag revolver (Mod 13 i think?)

I thought there would be a lot of people with multiple Glocks but it seems like Rugers are winning.

I have 3 SAs - (1) xd ; and (2) 2 1911's.

3 Ruger handguns - P95, Standard .22, LCP (4 Ruger guns overall if I throw in my 10/22)
2 CZ's - CZ-52, CZ-82 (used to have a CZ-75 too but I sold it)
2 S&W's - S&W 64-3 and M&P 9L

Unlike a host of Glocks though, the individual guns within those brands bear little resemblance to one another. My 64-3 and my M&P 9L might both be stamped S&W, but that's about where the similarities end :).

From high to low of the manufacturers that I have more than one of, both handguns and rifles. On a side note, 19 of the firearms below are chambered for .45 caliber cartridges, either .45 ACP (12), .45 Colt (6) or .454 Casull (1).

8 SIGs
7 Ruger revolvers
4 Marlin lever action rifles
3 Accuracy International rifles
3 Remington 700s
3 Ed Brown 1911s
2 Dan Wesson 1911s
2 Kimber 1911s
2 USFA revolvers

Almost sounds like a well known Christmas song ... "five gold rings, four calling birds, three french hens, two turtle doves, and a partridge in a pair tree" ... the gold rings could be Leupold optics. I have more than five but none with a gold ring. ;)
