Does anyone have experience with both the older 2100s and the current production? Are the internals of the current 2100B still of quality and produce the same power? Were the older guns closer to the rated fps, or is it the same?
I thought for sure Crosman had the 2100 rated for small game on their website a few years ago. The website shows it differently now, but descriptions for the gun from retailers like Amazon mention it for that purpose. I thought maybe the gun lost some fps in the current 2100B, but Crosman's online manuals all show 755/725 for older productions.
On a separate note, out of curiousity, does anyone remember the 66 Powermaster as having a rated fps up to 720? I found two old manuals hidden away; the older one listed 720 fps, and the newer one was 680.
