Greetings!
Looking at all the AR/1911/Polymer-Striker Specials has me lusting over what could have been, including:
- A 5-shot .32 Auto DA or SA pocket revolver sized smaller than a J-frame, but bigger than an NAA Mini. Essentially a modern version of classic Iver Johnson .32. Even a .22 LR NAA Mini scaled up to .32 acp (w/ optional .32 S&W extra cylinder) would work perfect, and would compete against the P32/P3AT/LCP crowd. North American Arms, are you listening?
- A US made replica of the Soviet PSM, available in both 5.45x18mm and .25 Auto, with perhaps an ambi-safety added. Cor-Bon could produce nice & hot 5.45 rounds with both FMJ and controlled expansion JHP loads. Something about these guns has always fascinated me.
- A modern replica of the classic Lancaster 2 and 4 barreled DAO sidearms of the Victorian era in .45 Colt/.44 Special/.44-40. Bond Arms, are you listening?
A man is allowed to dream, isn’t he???
Take Care,
Hunter
