I saw a Reveration shot gun 410 It looks like a Mossberg asking $199.00 loks like new.what do you think on price ???????????

Just get a real mosberg. They are like $20 more, and the only 410 pump built on a gauge scaled reciever.

Depending on what model the Revelation is, it could either be a re-branded Mossberg 500 or Savage/Stevens shotgun. If it is the Revelation Model 310, then it is a Mossberg.

I have owned my .410 Mossberg 500 since 1985 and it has been a very reliable shotgun.

A new Mossberg 500 field grade in .410 will run about $325-$350. If the Revelation is in very good shape and is a re-badged 500 then $175-$200 seems fair.

i have one that had a bent carrier so the shells wouldnt feed unless the barrel was pointed down. apparently, its a problem with Mossbergs having weaker carriers. Atleast thats what the gunsmith told me that fixed it.

I have put thousands of rounds thru mine without having to do anything except clean it. It is my primary gun for small game hunting (rabbit, squirrel, quail, and dove) and also use it for informal skeet/trap shooting. I have never heard of weak carries on the 500. I also have a Mossberg 500 in 12 gauge that is used for turkey and waterfowl hunting. I haven't had any problems with the 12 either.
