If you don't mind, what tipped you off?

Mine is actually in .357 Mag, and shows no signs of flame cutting. I did find the proof marks on the cylinder...but nothing on the frame anywhere, very odd. I shot it again last week with no issues, but it certainly isn't the most accurate revolver I own.

I have an Uberti made New Model Army that works very well. It's not traditional, in that I bought stainless steel, but I'm good with that, and with the Howell conversion cylinder it works VERY well with 45 Colt cast Cowboy loads.

I've been using WLP for 45 Colt for a little bit now, no problems so far.

Glendale is a rather liberal enclave, so I'd expect the police to be biased against lawfully armed citizens. The sidearm was confiscated because the police thought there was sufficient evidence to charge, but later deiced to drop them - get a copy of that report and have your buddy make his way...

It was recently - I kinda freaked out when I couldn't find the date code on my Uberti, and THEN found out the 23 in a circle meat 2023. Nice and easy.

I was just at CAL Rach in Casa Grande and they still have some Alliant stuff, RL 15 was the one I remember, and some 8 pound jugs...BUT...it ain't cheap. Single pounds were $54 and 8 pounders were well north of $400. I grabbed some TAC at $34 each and boogied.
