Ultralight Folding 9mm Pack Rifle Begins

In for results. Great job so far, an ultralight 9mm carbine would be awesome.

Marlin 336A .35 Rem, made in 1951 thoughts

That seems like a good price for a pre-Remington Marlin. A guy out here in the Sacramento area has the same gun for sale.....he has been asking $500 for it and getting no bites. I am waiting for him to drop his price and then I may buy it. .35 Rem is an underappreciated caliber.....Hornady...

    steel gong splatter

I have been hit on the lense of my safety glasses several times with spatter - also got a few tiny cuts on my face and a couple on my arms. This is why we wear eye protection. Also, if you use 2x4s for your target stands, the spatter will stick into the wood. It is a good idea to wear gloves...

Who are your favorite Youtube gun reviewers?

I will second this. I can't watch Nutnfancy videos anymore due to the rambling.

Awesome high-res photo of a Washington DC sporting goods shop front window in 1922.

Great pics. Love the "get the boy something he wants" banner.

Who are your favorite Youtube gun reviewers?

I like InRange TV lately.....their forensic examinations of Old West gun fights (often on the actual spot it occurred) are great. Another recent favorite is MachinegunMike. He is about my age, obviously wealthy or well connected but not snobbish about it. After watching his videos, I feel...

    Savage 99 question

The few 250-3000 99s I have seen lately have had barrels that were basically shot out. Most of the ones I see are listed for $800 or above, but generally sit for a LONG time without selling.

Missoula Passes Private Sale Background Checks

This may get shut down by the state Attorney General: http://missoulian.com/news/local/montana-house-speaker-seeks-ag-opinion-on-missoula-s-gun/article_77372767-b7e6-5ee6-b33a-53c18cf76fbc.html

Missoula Passes Private Sale Background Checks

I am interested in this, my wife and I plan on moving to Montana in 2 or 3 years.

    I am evil...

This is my thought as well. "Taking advantage" would have been paying $200 for a $1500 WWI vintage M1911 to a little old lady who didn't know any better. Paying $175 for a used Mossy 500 is not too far off the mark. And even so.....nowadays.....it takes 15 minutes for a seller to Google...

Should I buy it? Inland M1A1 paratrooper.

The "serial #s matching" would have me suspicious right away. M1 carbines only have the serial number stamped on the receiver and nowhere else.

    I am evil...

I don't think what the OP did was unethical (apparently not legal in NC though). Businesses have lots of competitors, including individuals. Offer a better price than your competitors or lose the deal - that's how markets work. Individuals are able (for now at least) to buy items from other...

Would appreciate your opinions on this FN Hi Power ( NE )

Oh......and one more thought. I bought my pistols from CDI thinking that they would be a little beat up. TURNS OUT....Coles is a terrible photographer and the guns showed up looking WAY prettier than they did in the Gunbroker photos. Just something to consider. He graded them excellent, the...

Would appreciate your opinions on this FN Hi Power ( NE )

cdisales is a good seller, I bought 2 Mkiii Hi Powers from him a couple years back, they are both Excellent (refurbished) Israeli surplus. I agree with others that you should be able to find one in signifigantly better condition from cdi. Send him an email through Gunbroker and tell him what...
