    I didn't make the connection until I read your post, but I will be 44 in May. Last month I bought a Ruger Vaquero 44 special Sheriff 3 3/4". It's a fun little gun, with a very handy barrel length.

    A Python, and a Luger. The Python to me, is the Pinnacle of the revolver world. Of course I wouldn't mind having a Korth. The Luger is just a thing of beauty, the way the parts fit together.

    How about a Sig P250? Slide release is ambidexterous, and there is no external safety. The DAO pull is super smooth and light.
