    Colt AR-15

It shoots very well. The original owner had installed a low-end scope that had rails on top & side and had installed a low-end red laser on the side and a low-end holographic site on the top which I have removed and will replace with a Eo-Tech holographic site & magnifier which I had on a Ruger...

    Colt AR-15

Based on what a long-term Colt Forum member posted to my inquiry it appears that this Colt AR-15 upper is a Colt model CE2000 Expanse (budget model) which was assembled in Texas by Colt Competition Rifle in around 2016 - 2017. The lower, according to the Colt rep. I spoke with said the lower was...

    Colt AR-15

I do not know the trustworthiness of the seller. I tend to take most people at their word, ( a short coming of mine sometimes). He is a friend of a friend. Maybe the pictures that I added in another post a few minutes ago will be of help. And yes, the binary trigger is a hoot and fun to...

    Colt AR-15

Thanks. I was also told that the "C MP" meant "The “C” means chrome plated bore and chamber. The “M” and “P” mean the barrel has been magnetic particle tested…a milspec requirement." Thank you. I have removed the hand guards and inspected the entire upper for marks. I really would like to know...

    Colt AR-15

I was told by the original purchaser that it was a unit purchased new. The I was told by the original owner that it was purchased as a unit as it stands. However, I just had the Franklin Armory binary trigger unit installed & tested by my gunsmith. Where would I find the C MP roll stamp next to...

    Colt AR-15

OK, here is the one I originally was inquiring about in my post. It has a 16" barrel, LE prefix, roll stamped 5.56 NATO with a P. What Colt model number is it? Thanks.

    Colt AR-15

I'll check the barrel length. Would one stamped M4 also be in an A2 configuration?

    Colt AR-15

Thanks. The Colt in question has a heavy, possibly slightly tapered barrel w/ flash suppressor, bayonet lug, and without the grenade launcher cut.

    Colt AR-15

Is a Colt AR-15 M4 w/an LE serial number prefix; heavy barrel; bayonet lug; having no LE/government restrictions stamped on the right side of the magazine well considered an H-Bar? Thanks.

Does Ruger still make the Mini 30 in this configuration?

Different strokes for different folks. And anyway, beauty is in the eye of the beer holder.

Does Ruger still make the Mini 30 in this configuration?

I have both the Mini-14 & Mini-30 in this configuration and like the set up as is. They both came from Ruger as pictured. The stocks on both are ATI. I am just curious if they still make the Mini-30 in this configuration. Both are new in the box and have not had a round in the chamber since...

Does Ruger still make the Mini 30 in this configuration?

Ruger folding stock Mini 30 Tactical model 5853. I know that this model is in current production with a one-piece standard synthetic stock without all of the Picatinny rails and pistol grip but I can not find a listing for the Mini 30 in this configuration. The Mini 14 in this configuration...

Colt LE M4 AR-15 Serial Number Database

I just talked to Customer Service at Colt and they tell me that it, (the 6920 lower receiver), was manufactured in July, 2016. The lower receiver serial number is all that they have information on.
