When googling for dimensions I find different numbers regarding length from base to shoulder, shoulder diameter and case overall length. Could somebody who owns an AK74 take a minute and measure those 3 dimensions for me. I'd appreciate that.

Reading the article on the 5.8x42mm Chinese case in Cartridges of the World I came across a reference to case taper stated in degrees (one). Is it possible to translate one degree of case taper to the more commonly used in/in? Is this a metric thing?
