It looks close to what they show in that pic, but mine still looks a bit taller and it is not the big dot. Do they use the same sight for both I wonder and just don't use up as much space with the small dot? Kind of a waste if that is the case, unless there is a reason for it and with the M&P...

No, it is not a big dot, it does not fill up the sight, rather sits up in the top half and there is a lot of black below the dot before the frame. That is why I thought it was odd, maybe correcting for a particular type of load?
