$35 is only for Private Party Transfers (aka Face to Face). There is no limit on what a FFL can charge for doing an out of state transfer.

Ala Dan, I read on another forum that S&W is adding a $50 rebate on top of the 2 free mags on Sigma/M&P purchases from Nov 1 to Jan 31 of next year. Have you heard about this?
