I can't tell you about cold weather functioning since I live in south Florida, but my Witness match 45 is more accurate than any of the GI 45's I own or have owned.

I also have the Match in 45acp, and it is easily the softest shooting, most accurate 45 that I own. I lucked out and picked it up used, but like new for $400 at my local dealer. I am now in the market for the same gun in 9MM...........

Like the title says, I'm wondering if you can reload 380 with 9mm dies?

I've had and have several of both makes. I don't think you can go wrong with either pistol, but I would have to give the edge to S&W for overall accuracy.
