Just sent off my recently acquired LE trade-in P226 for SSP(Sig Service Plan), SRT (short reset trigger) and barrel crown. After reading this post I was compelled to send email to Sig confirming SRT..and NOT short trigger. Eesh, too close a description with very different outcomes.

Not top tier 1911, but recently acquired DW Specialist Commander in distressed finish. I call it the "Kroil" finish, as when holding it the smell of Kroil is so natural! Beautiful!

More facts. I would add OP is looking "plinking" and bag carry, so range pleasantness prolly not a priority. Generally pistols with <4" barrel/small frame guns >.22lr , 100 rnds max @ range is normal. I have no experience with "real" maks as the CZ82 is dbl stack and, imo, upgrade from...

Fact. I've seen 9mm luger available online..for 60 cents a piece! 9mm Mak you can get for 30!

CZ 82 from J&G, cerakoted as finish(?) was as if it had been bouncing around a tool box for couple years. Total with cerakote < your budget.

Cut me some slack, I did parenthesis it's distancing. A CZ? Ok, my 75b is decent so yeah. Regardless, this isn't a 1911-anything thread.
