Congratulations! They charged my CC the $30 back on August 15th, but I didn't get the license in my hand until Dec. 31st.

Consider yourself lucky! I was wondering why mine took so long! The ATF charged my CC the $30 on August 15th, and I literally just got the license in the mail yesterday! That's over 4 months (and three phone calls... well, more than that actually, so I guess I should say three RETURNED phone...
