    Are 44 Revolvers Dying?

Heck, there have been more smaller caliber magnums introduced since the .44 Mag debuted than there have been larger ones.

    Are 44 Revolvers Dying?

I'm not criticizing anyone for choosing to buy a .44 revolver, they're still good guns. I question their usefulness and their practicality as I see their potential as limited, enough so that I consider other caliber revolvers better for most people. The fact is .44 owners are a minority of gun...

32 Caliber Revolvers & reloading for them

Those are different classes of revolvers. The SP101 is meant for conceal carry, yet is bigger than a K frame and weighs nearly as much as a much as an officer size 1911. The SAA is antiquated, but still decent for open carry, the Regulation Police isn't antiquated, but also better for open...

80s revolver that has outlived its usefulness.

32 Caliber Revolvers & reloading for them

Sp101 is not a good revolver, if you want a longer barrel .32 get a single action Ruger. .32 SW Long is fine out of .327 and. 32 Mag, it's. 32 shorties like ACP and old .32 S&W you want to avoid due to major velocity loss. I find the Lyman M die is best for .32 mouth flaring. The heavier the...

    Glock 20

200gr Berry's because I reload it and it's not lead as Glock barrels don't like lead and 200gr Hornady XTP because it is built specifically for 10mm velocities. I don't get the appeal of the lighter weight stuff, less recoil is fine for self defense, but the 10mm isn't the right platform for a...

Using .45 GAP cases for top break Webleys?

I know Webley's can't handle .45 ACP pressures, so my plan is to use downloaded ammo. I figure the shorter case of the GAP will help keep lower power loads burn more consistent with the lower power charge. Also, the brass is stronger, so it should last a very long time at Webley power levels.

Using .45 GAP cases for top break Webleys?

My opening posts must be too long and full of information or I'm such an original thinker that it befuddles others into stunned silence.

Using .45 GAP cases for top break Webleys?

I decided recently that the time has come to own a Webley top break and am keeping an eye out for one, preferably in .455 Webley, but I figure it will be easier to get one that's shaved and hasn't been destroyed from using factory ammo. My figuring was if I didn't want to deal with moon clips I...

Ruger single six .32 hr mag

There's just more demand for the small primers, thus as supplies increase the costs will go down. Large... IDK if they will ever come down in price and they could likely end up becoming like percussion caps where they're out of stock for eternity and the industry refuses to improve supply. For...

New Heritage Roscoe .38 special DA Revolvers

I've been wondering why none of the makers of these budget single actions hasn't had the idea to make a 5 shot .38 Special that's not plus P. You can't tell me people wouldn't be interested in a $200 Heritage .38 even if it isn't a six shooter. I guess these companies all figure that if someone...

New Heritage Roscoe .38 special DA Revolvers

Heritage does make a steel frame .22 version of the Rough Rider, several actually, and that frame is what the .32 was built on.

New Heritage Roscoe .38 special DA Revolvers

Taurus doesn't make the 85 anymore, they make the 856 (6 shot .38) and the 605 (5 shot .357) and don't do a high polish blue for either. This is probably the same design as the 85, possibly being made on the same machines, just at Heritage.
