Has anyone experienced any advantage to providing their social security number on the Florida concealed weapon license application?

Before I realized the photo must be "glossy", I created a photo at Sam's Club which has a "luster" finish which is like a shinier matte. I am going to guess this is not acceptable as a photo for my application? I have yet to send in the application.
