It's a shame only one of the 150 to 200 people in that room had a gun. :fire:
Thanks Peters!
I see a lot of anit-gun legislation in our states near future thanks to this statement, 'rapid-fire assault'.
Its started already :cuss:
I was just informed my home owners insurance is being cancelled because I own/run my gun business from my home and my wife has a daycare business on the premises. Keep in mind I only sell 4 - 6 guns a month its a hobby type business for now, I also work full time. I don't stock mass quantities...
Handcuffs yes I agree its a bad idea for an untrained person to attempt to handcuff someone, not even mentioning the fact of using them as a deterant is even worse.
But CCW badges don't belong on the street???
Don't forget Walmarts model is to bully mfgr's. As in "we'll give you a contract to buy 10,000 of your widgets per year but we'll pay you $10 less per widget so we can sell them cheaper than anyone else and still turn a hefty profit"
+ we only pay our employee's $7 an hour and wonder why...
I'll give you a good example of why distributors exist. When I tried a Glock group buy I contacted Glock to buy directly from them. They require a minimum $50,000 initial order with a minimum $25,000 order per year after that. I would venture to say most dealers, my self included, can't afford...
I personally think its great they quit carrying guns. We don't have one locally but I had the chance to visit one in Amarillo Tx early last year, along with a Gander Mountain. I found both of their selections to be extremely mainstream. By that I mean nothing but hunting type sporting arms, no...
Ya that POS and his 'followers' showed up in Virden, IL to protest Sgt. Harpers funeral. I went to high school with him in Virden he was a good person. I wished that there wouldn't have been such a strong police presence there to keep the peace. If the police would've backed off for awhile I...
Fellow THR members,
Just wanted to let everyone know two tornados hit Sprinfield, IL pretty bad Sunday night. We're at my parents house now, my family is fine, but our house is trashed. Several news papers are running photos of the damage, some of the pictures their using is of our street. To...
Playing a video game is the same as watching a movie, IMHO. In a video game you just get to play the character. Its entertainment pure and simple. A $50 single player video game gets you 20+ hours of entertainment, not bad considering goin to the movies cost $25 and lasts 2 hours. A good...
I'm new to the whole shipping guns too. I've been shipping them out now for about two months, just a couple a week. I use FedEx, I bugged the crap out of the counter lady the first few weeks so now I think I've got it down. Nothing is required really, just drop it in a box and weigh it. Costs...
Heard about it. There was discussion of it in another thread.

I think the conclusion was only subsonic ammo will travel through water with any kind of distance 12feet. Anything faster disintegrates when it hits/breaks the surface.
I like it the way it is, it get's the point across. I also like the idea of pictures in motion, with her starting to raise the gun and pull the kids behind her. But the pose is great the way it is.
