Contacted a Mall about CCW policy

Easily one of the best posts I've seen on this board. Tecumseh, nice work on the pointless whistle blowing... You are awesome at the internet.

    What's the Best Beginner 1911?

My PT1911 is fantastic. I considered a SA GI, but for a little more, I got the PT1911 and couldn't be happier.

    want one...45ACP... but so many!!!!

P220 was a good suggestion (love mine), a USP is another option (love that one also). For a 1911, I would (and did) go with a Taurus PT1911. It is a fantastic firearm.

In the market for a new firearm...

I bought my USP before my AR. It seems like you've decided to go with the AR, I think if I did it over again, that would have been one of my first guns.

    The Glock,Sig, & HK Debate

I own a USP in .40, a P220 in .45, and a P228 in 9mm... I love them all. I shoot the 220 the best, but the USP is the smoothest gun I've ever handled. They are all great guns. Don't own a Glock and I've only shot one once, so no opinion there.
