    Why Own a Snubby?

Capacity is an issue, but for me, with arthritis and tendinitis, the problem is the DA pull.

    Why Own a Snubby?

Had it done. the internal geometry of the J-frame limits what can be done. K-frames, Colts, and Timbers are better. I'm told the LCR is better. I much prefer the Shield EZ.

    Why Own a Snubby?

No, but we have smoke detectors; we do not use real candles; and we do keep a number of large fire extinguishers handy. I do not expect to save the house. My objective is egress and survival. So be it.

    Why Own a Snubby?

Exactly. One needs to consider the conditional probability. That is a very basic tenet of risk management. One would not keep a 2 oz fire extinguisher in the kitchen because fires rarely occur. One will know what is needed only when the need arises.

    Why Own a Snubby?

Situations in which a civilian must shoot anyone in lawful defense are exceedingly rare.

    Why Own a Snubby?

What does a subjective feeling of being adequately protected do for anyone? Why would location pertain to capacity need?

    Things to Not Do

I believe that a plea of nolo contendere, rather than one of guilty, provides more clarity on that point.
