Talk me into/out of a Colt Delta Elite or a Glock 20

Hey guys. To keep it short and sweet, talk me into or out of a Colt Delta Elite or the Glock 20. I'm typing this from my phone since the laptop is down, and the search function isn't working for me so if there's a wealth of information on the subject apologize. What are some good...

    Hickok45 Groupies?

I think he does get cash actually. Youtube partners usually get a certain amount of money per view. Though it's only a few cents, it adds up. I have a friend with a Youtube partnership getting around 6 cents per view, but he's getting hundreds of thousands on every other video. At the very...

I only rented the USP, but it was a .40.

First time shooting a USP. (Sorry for the huge picture)

Now that you mention that, I thought that might be my problem. I didn't know if it was me, but it seems that every shot with the USP was WAYYYY low. I tried taking a shot lining up the rear sights with the bottom of the front sight and I hit dead center bullseye. Before I give up on...

I ask a guy in a gun shop to hold one of their rental Nighthawk customs. The only 1911 on the wall mind you. And he hands me a Ruger P89... ....

    Golf Balls for Targets

This thread is funny because I was cleaning and actually found a zip lock freezer bag full of golf balls and was thinking about taking them out to shoot 'em up.

First time shooting a USP. (Sorry for the huge picture)

First off, I'd like to know if anyone else has this problem. So I've been in the market for a USP as of late and I decided to go the range to rent one to see how it shot. As of right now, all I have is a Glock 17 (which is for sale if one of you wants it ) But on to the USP. Not bashing...

How many younger shooters are here?

LOL, No sir. Just a hard worker. I've had a job ever since 14. The G17 was very cheap brand new. Got the G23 used for $280, the S&W was a gift. The CETME was $400 when I got it, the WASR was around the same, the Muzzle Loader was from a pawn shop for about $100. And the AR was $800 brand.

How many younger shooters are here?

I've always wondered the same thing myself. I'm a "younger" shooter, but I'd never thought to ask about it. Just turned 21 on the 21st so replying is kind of cheating but hey. But on to the good stuff. 1. 2nd Gen Glock 17 2. 3rd Gen Glock 23 3. Sub-Compact S&W MP 4. A CETME Sporter .308 5. A...

Legal to CCW in Texas Bank

Not sure if this is in the right thread (my apologies if it isn't) but I didn't come up with anything with the search function but I was just watching the news and I saw that some small bank in Texas that was just robbed now allows customers with a CCW to carry inside the bank. Anyone have a...

Opinion on if this is a good deal.

I'm talking to a friend of mine right now, and he's offering me $700 for my CETME .308, and my 2nd Gen Glock 17 each with one mag. The CETME I bought used, so there's no telling how many rounds have been through it but I've never had a single problem with it. I'm the 2nd owner of it. The Glock...

This or that? (Helping with a decision)

CoRoMo: It's not so much a whim as he has handled both firearms. The whim part really comes in just because he's just NOW deciding one of them since he came into a little extra money.

This or that? (Helping with a decision)

HSO: Yeah, we've fired the Sig P226 and the P229, that's how he decided which one he wanted between the two. The 226 was a little too big for his liking.

This or that? (Helping with a decision)

Added a little something more to the OP. I realize there's a huge lack of criteria but there's not much I can do about that.

This or that? (Helping with a decision)

How's it going guys. I haven't been posting as of late, but I'm gonna be around a lot more as of now. So my buddy called me today saying he's planning on buying a gun today. All he has is a CETME, and he presented me with his decision. He said he's definitely buying either a Sig P229, or an...
