well seing as I have both a SIG 220 and an HK USPC .45 I will give you my opinion. Accuracy: SIG over the USP, barrel length is probably the main factor here. Reliability: HK, the SIG is very reliable as well but the design seems more apt to damn in various conditions, more so than the HK...

Most target adjustable sights have sharp edges which DO snag and are very uncomfortable for carry.
