Mine doesn't have the tension screws but thanks anyway. I like how secure it is but I don't like my pants to be yanked up everytime I draw.

Thanks for the reply...I was hoping it was something like that, I will stick it out a bit longer but I like the in the waist holsters. I'm just a cheap bastard and don't wanna spend $100 on a holster.

I bought one of these on ebay for $20 and am starting to see why they are so cheap. It looks good(who cares right?) but it is very difficult to draw without coming off of your side unless you tighten your belt EXTREMELY tight. I'm a complete novice to concealed carry...am I missing something??

I am starting the Police Academy soon and have fired rifles, and a shotgun a few times but I have never fired a handgun. I have somewhat smaller hands and am leaning towards a Glock23 for it's versatility and small grip. Please post thoughts.
