School me on this rifle kit

I just need an action block. I've already got the barrel and castle nut tools.

School me on this rifle kit

http://www.del-ton.com/Rifle_Kit_p/rkt110.htm I've wanted a 20" Target and Home defense rifle for some time, but weight is a big turn-off after isntalling a free-float rail and a red dot on my Spikes Tactical My big worry with this rifle is that the barrel is not chrome lined. Should I be...

Sig P2022, to buy or not to buy?

Woah, the p2022 can accept p226 mags? Does that hold for the .40 version?

    Ruger LCP

For such crappy sights, I'm pretty deadly accurate with the LCP. Also, it has a GREAT double action trigger. Long, but super smooth, predictable, and very good break (clean and little to no overtravel)

    Semi-auto for wife

smaller guns usually have harder slides to rack. My Glock 17 is way easier to rack than my Ruger LCP. Oh, and the Bersa Thunder 9 UC Pro has a REALLY easy slide to rack, but that may be because it has a defective recoil spring.

    My New Glock

If you're into overclocking, why did you insulate all your computer parts? Won't that make it a lot harder to manage heat? Nice gun BTW. I've been thinking of buying my own Glock 19, but damn are they expensive, and its hard to justify that when a Sig can be found for 100$ less.

Sig P2022, to buy or not to buy?

Hi guys, I currently own a Bersa Thunder 9 Ultra Compact Pro. I have put about 150 rounds through it and it has been flawless. Granted it's not the greatest test, but generally speaking flawless functioning during the so-called "Break-in" period is a good sign of reliability. That said...

    American Tactical Imports 92c

Well how'd the trigger compare to the beretta? I've felt the beretta DA trigger before. It impressed me a bit. It was smooth, crisp, but pretty heavy. Maybe I'm just easy to impress when it comes to DA triggers because most of my experience with DA triggers is the CZ75, S&W J-frame revolvers...

    American Tactical Imports 92c

Does anyone know how this gun compares to the Beretta 92? Lately I've been wanting a beretta 92 clone. The Taurus pt-99 looks nice, but this gun runs over 150$ less at CDNN than the Taurus. Specifically, does anyone know how reliable this gun is, or how the trigger compares to the taurus...

Using Brown Bear/Silver Bear in my LMT & Rock River AR-15s

For general plinking, I would use brown bear or the newest WPA (wolf performance) ammunition from Barnaul. Some people here say you shouldn't take the risk with an expensive gun like that. I happen to hold a completely contrary idea. Any gun that costs more than 800$ damn well better...

Brown Bear .308 in an M1a

Hi guys, I recently acquired an M1a and am looking for some good ammo. The cheapest deal going on right now seems to be Ammunitiontogo's deal on .308 FMJ from Brown bear. At 36$ for 100 rounds, this seems too good to pass up. My biggest concern right now is whether there is enough powder...

AK-47 Questions & Help to purchase

my century wasr-10/63 has been 100% reliable. I always hear that inter-ordnance is worse than century, but I have no experience with them.

Should off duty cops be subject to the same gun laws as the rest of us?

Regarding carry laws, I dont think they should be subject to the same laws simply because they would never be subject to the same laws while in uniform. States give cops guns because they trust their judgement and marksmanship, they don't lose those skills when they take off the uniform...

AK47 Entry level prices at Atlantic Firearms

All polish rifles by century, the underfolder being no exception, have received generally very positive reviews. The main difference, from what I understand, is that the century arms rifle is not chrome lined, but the koryanovich rifle is chrome-lined. IMHO, it's not that important on...

CETME by century arms, fluted chamber?

Hello, Atlantic firearms is currently selling a CETME by century arms for 500$. I have always wanted a semi-auto .308, and frankly I think the G3 design is a beautiful rifle. Now I know that the quality on these rifles is a crap-shoot, but honestly I don't mind buying new rollers if the...

    BCM middy installed

Chrome-lined barrels do not need to be broken in. The surface is so hard that the bullets erode just about nothing. Just give the barrel a light cleaning to clear it of any obstructions. Then clean and lube your bolt carrier. You should be gtg then.

Does a flash suppressor have to be completely screwed in?

what flash suppressor are you installing? that's weird, my AR-15 has less than 3/4 of an inch of threads. And I'm pretty sure it's not completely flush with the barrel either. In fact, I'm pretty sure they're never completely flush because AR-15s almost always have a crush-washer separating teh...
