I think that people who do straw purchases for criminals (to make money) is far more important than someone who might do it (accidently apparently,) for some neighbor kid.

it will ultimately be decided by FEDERAL courts. He doesn't stand a chance. I am not saying it is right or that I like it but the BATFE will probably win.
I don't like Colt because as has been mentioned they just don't make many gun models. The wood in the rubber & wood GP100 grips broke on mine. I switched to Hogue monogrips. I still like Ruger though.
