    The temperature was about 25 deg F.. Its not that I am trying to chase velocity numbers. I just figured that it would have been a little more consistant. I also understand the max load for tac powder and in no way am I trying to exceed that. And yes i would be open to trying any primers...

    The other thing I would like to mention is that I know acuraccy was not my main goal here, but with the surplus ammo, it held a 2 inch group at 100 yrds.. But with the VG's it was just under 1 inch. It is just the velocity thing is wierd..
