When you purchase a complete bolt carrier group, does that mean that the bolt is included as well, so all you would need to buy seperatly (besides the upper receiver of course) is the charging handle? Thanks in advance.

I have a magazine for one of my 22 lr pistols that when you put the first round in, instead of it sitting flat, it angles itself upward to about 45 degrees. Does anyone know if this is normal or anyway to fix this? Thanks in advance for any help.
