    i have no experience with the gold dots, but all 4 of my colt 1911s are very reliable with golden sabres. even my oacp eats them with no hiccups. they seem to be as accurate as i am.:rolleyes:

    i have a chance to pick up one of these in stainless with no box and only one mag. anybody have any experience with them? are magazines specific to the weapon, or will 380 government mags fit flush also? thanks, tommy
