Is it possible to post a few pictures? If I'm understanding you right it sounds like your primer is set too far in but if it's flush then that's not the issue.... Do you have a caliper and are all the measurements correct?

I try to take at least one class a year. This year I took GSI AK class. It was absolutely fantastic. I took a class from a local trainer and it wasn't so great, not for a lack of knowledge but because he was so disorganized. I train physically at least 5 times a week.

It's not an issue for me but others notice it. Rent one and see if it's an issue with you.

I like my 5.7 and it's absolutely reliable. I don't use it for my ccw though.

You can try to tighten up the groups by modifying the weapon or just enjoy it for what it is...
