The revolver shown in the top left of the photograph is probably the most rare one I own. It is a blued 4" service six revolver with a round butt, which means it was mislabeled & assembled at the factory. It should have a square butt being a service six, but somehow ended up with a round butt frame.

The bottom center revolver is the only one that is not a six series revolver. It is a SP101 I bought when the SP revolvers first came out years ago. It's not new, but has only been shot a handful of times. Less than 50 rounds

The speed six, service six and security six are the "better generation" Ruger revolvers in my humble opinion. Here are a few more I own.

You might consider a used Ruger Security Six, Speed Six or Service Six. Built like a tank. They have gone up quite a bit in price, but bargains can still be found if you shop around

I have a 1947 K22 just like that including the box. They are beautiful revolvers and the most accurate 22 handgun that I own including my Ruger MKII competition slab side pistol and that is saying something.
