I am always impressed with the 92's accuracy every time I shoot my 92fs. It's a handsome gun and the action is smooth as butter. It's big though. funny thing though most all my friends that shoot mine end up having tighter groups than the pistol(s) they brought. Sure perhaps some were compact...
Looks great! Clean job you did there! I bet you saved some serious coin doing it yourself. Around here a single color duracoat job runs $100-$125 for a pistol. Each color takes it up another $20 or $30. Hell, when someone dropped one of my duracoated pistols on gravel it chipped/scuffed up...
My .02 is that the Ruger GSR is just a good all around utility rifle. Of course there are many rifles better at taking long range shots, and rifles better at close quarter engagements. But if you aren't rolling around with a gun safe on your back I feel it's a nice compromise.
